New Farm Deli

First stop in Queensland, after disembarking and collecting my luggage, was New Farm Deli in Brisbane. Located in a shopping center it is the oldest deli in Brisbane, and a local’s favorite. They are known for their hard-to-find gourmet foods, Australian and imported cheeses, locally made breads, pastries and cured meats. Not to mention their café! We dined at the New Farm Deli twice. They don’t take reservations, so I recommend arriving early for lunch and yes, it is worth the occasional wait. They serve generous portions (known for their pasta dishes), have warm and friendly service, and the food was remarkable.

Pictured below is one of my favorite pasta dishes; fresh seafood tossed with live oil, garlic, tomatoes, and chili with spaghetti. Simple but oh so good!

What can members do?

Members can follow each other, write and reply to comments and get notifications. Each member gets their own personal profile page that they can customize.

Tip:

You can make any member of your blog a writer so they can write posts for your blog. Adding multiple writers is a great way to grow your content.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Head to your Members Page

2. Search for the member you want to make a writer

3. Click on the member’s profile

4. Click the 3 dot icon ( ⠇) next to the Follow button

5. Select Set as Writer.
